Features to be implemented:
---------------------------

-	Add to Backtrace the choice to use also TCP_SYN packets.

	This feature can be
useful if some routers/firewalls drop ICMP and/or UDP packets.

-	SNMP interrogation executed by a separated thread during Scan process.

So we can improve overlap and then execution time.

-	Minimize the number of SNMP queries executed on a single node exploiting
IP addresses contained in each OID.

Doing this way we can generate less traffic
improving algorithm efficiency. For example, if we need to fetch a row from
a table with 4 columns, we can execute only 3 queries instead of 4. If the table
has many rows this approach can effectively reduce generated traffic.

-	Add a preliminary classification of addresses recorded in ICMPTable based on
their support of ICMP error messages generation.

This way we can avoid the execution of Ally algorithm for those addresses
not replying to UDP probes with ICMP_PORT_UNREACH packets. This approach
can drastically decrease the number of couples for which Ally algorithm is
	executed.

-	Anticipate the application of the Source Address technique during SNMP test.

Doing so we can save a packet for each Backtrace execution.

-	Share ICMP messages received during Ally algorithm exection among threads.

This way we can avoid timeouts when probing those routers that have a rate
limiting rule on ICMP error messages.

Bugs to be Fixed:
-----------------

-	Modify the link extraction from SNMP data to avoid non-serial links to be created.

-	Add a control on SNMP-enabled nodes' valid interfaces number to
avoid incorrect ROUTER classification if ip_forwarding is enabled,
but only one interface is present.

-	Improve threads synchronization to avoid SNMP queries execution
on the same node by different threads.

-	Prevent fake aliases from pingRR on local network involving hynetd host ip address.

-	Add PingRR discovered addresses to IcmpTab if not yet present.
