- TIE was designed with the purpose to make available to the research community shared tools, techniques, and data. So that the research community can take advantage of them for evaluation, comparison, and development of traffic classification techniques.
- We are going to make available anonymized traffic
traces together with corresponding information of
pre-classified traffic (ground truth) obtained
through deep packet inspection. These traces can be used out-of-the-box
with tie to test, evaluate, and compare classification techniques
available in TIE.
